This device is constructed from a film canister, aluminum foil, screws and wire.

If you have an older computer you can experiment with,  it is
possible to connect this to a computer and write code in Qbasic to see it work.
Don't try this with the family's brand new 4 GHZ, Multimedia, DVD playing computer!
